Receptionist/admin Assistant

**About us**
We are a busy family run garage based in Clevedon, BS21 6EW. We are looking for a receptionist / administrator to assist with the day to day running of the garage office on a temporary 12 month contract.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, with great people skills to join our team. The person who fills this role will be able to show excellent time management and multitasking skills. They will also be confident working with computers and have a general knowledge of MS Office, onsite training will be provided for the garage specific software.
Previous motor trade admin experience preferred but not essential.
**Responsibilities**:
- Booking in appointments for MOT tests, vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Preparing monthly MOT reminders.
- Working closely with suppliers and ordering vehicle parts.
- Producing invoices, producing estimates, taking card payments and handling cash.
**Working hours**: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
**Job Type**: Full time / Part Time - 12 month temporary contact
**Start Date**: ASAP

**Salary**: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 45 per week
