Clinical Educator

We have a new opportunity for a Clinical Educator (ReSPECT) to join us in a part time role based in our Hospice in Cambridge.
Our education department is a clinical team which engages with external partners including the Integrated Care System (ICS) and universities (HEIs) to offer education including accredited programs, and supports the wider system by providing teaching, bespoke training and providing student placements.
This role will work with the Head of Education and Sue Ryder Practice Educator to deliver the ReSPECT training sessions across the health system, it will Promote an open, supportive, learning culture that facilitates effective multi-professional team working, supporting the professional implementation of ReSPECT across the ICS.
- Professional registration (e.g. NMC or HCPC)
- Degree level qualification in Palliative Care or equivalent level of experience
- Evidence of continued professional development
- Teaching qualification or relevant experience
- Relevant post registration experience
- Knowledge, understanding and experience of palliative care and treatment
- Experience of designing, delivering and evaluating teaching
For this role we are able to offer hybrid working options.
This is a fixed term position until March 2024.
