**The Role**
We are looking for a customer focused individual to join us as an Administrator helping to deliver strong administration support to our team in Inverness.
Pasquill are one of more than 30 exciting Saint-Gobain brands in the UK. Pasquill specializes in supplying timber engineered products, being the UK's largest trussed rafter supplier. Our engineered roof solutions provide benefits including speed of installation & construction accuracy.
**_ This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 08:00- 16:00, but we are open to flexibility with hours_**
***What you will be doing**:
Our sites are busy places, with lots going on inside and out, and whilst the exact duties may vary here is a taster of the role.
- Develop and maintain office systems and paperwork
- Print production schedules
- Maintain purchase order records
- Maintain and replenish sufficient levels of stock to meet customer and branch demand
- Authorise invoicing and resolve abeyances received within agreed timescales
- Deal with customer queries and ensure they are resolved quickly
- Support the scheduling of transport to ensure deliveries are met on time
- Assist with the company stock takes when required
- Carry out general office duties, such as cash handling, petty cash, banking, expenses, mail shots
- Record and update staff rotas and holiday schedule
**What we are looking for**:
- Previous experience working in Administration with strong IT skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong Time Management skills
