Position Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Global Supply Chain for the role of Intercompany Supply Planner (IC SP). Reporting to our Intercompany Supply Planning Manager, this role sits under Planning & Global Supply team (P&GS), based in Glasgow Great Western Road. The purpose of this role is to plan the supply of Edrington finished goods into our Local Operating Companies, ensuring continuity and availability of stock to fulfil demand.

**Job Description**:

Day to day, you will be responsible for the following:

- Establish and maintain inventory levels, validate and translate recommended system generated shipments to Stock Transfer Orders to satisfy LOC target and allocation limitations.
- Work effectively cross-functionally with planning teams, production/manufacturing and despatch/warehouse to ensure optimal replenishments.
- Manage supply exceptions to balance the LOC requirements with production constraints e.g. allocations, stock builds, new product introductions, production campaigns, etc.
- Measure and report agreed KPI’s and provide valuable input to Collaborative Business Planning process.
- Lead weekly alignment meetings with the LOC based on exceptions highlighted and drive agreed corrective actions.
- Fully understand Edrington’s intercompany end-to-end process and follow agreed process and protocols defined in the Edrington Intercompany Standard.
- Have a good understanding of demand planning and constrained forecast functionality and its impact on Supply Planning.
- Initiate and drive improvements for the Supply Planning function.

Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have previous Supply Chain knowledge and experience, ideally within planning, purchasing or logistics. Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills are essential, along with an ability to prioritise effectively. SAP APO & ECC experience would be advantageous, as well as being proficient in Excel. Furthermore, you will have outstanding communication, collaboration, and influencing skills with the ability to drive transformational change.
