Position Summary

Global Travel Retail is responsible for the supply and distribution of our products into the Travel Retail channels across the globe. Operating within a truly global region, GTR has a presence in Asia, Europe, Middle East and America with 4 warehouses and circa 250 customers. The Logistics and Supply planner will ensure the availability and timely replenishment planning of our products, perform the day-to-day processing of SAP transactions for the Supply Chain team, own reporting and analytical requirements and work closely with our warehouses in America, Europe and UK to ensure efficiency of inventory management.
Job Description
Reporting to the Planning & Logistics Manager, key responsibilities include;
- Responsible for all inventory management within SAP for GTR warehousing in EMEAI and Americas regions including the availability and replenishment of products within agreed targets and deadlines
- Owns KPI reporting and analytics for GTR and compiles 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) KPI reporting for analysis, leverages the information to make informed decisions and recovery action plans (where applicable)
- Owns the SKU creation / extension process and material master data inputs and changes
- Works with 3PL’s to maintain inventory integrity and resolves any issues with pace and urgency
- Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders across Supply Chain and 3PL, controls information flow and manages change to resolve issues pro-actively
- Manages supply chain projects at 3PL warehouses from request to completion
Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you have prior experience working in supply chain with a good working knowledge of supply plan practices and logístical and warehouse operations, particularly inventory management and inbound / outbound supply. Intermediate Microsoft Excel & data analytical skills are essential, ideally with previous experience of SAP, KPI reporting and associated analytics. This role requires a highly organised and flexible approach, a strategic mindset and the ability to meet tight deadlines and a drive to find innovative solutions. You will have high attention to detail and an exceptional level of accuracy. In this role you will have the potential to develop across a broad range of Supply Chain activities both locally in UK and through GTR and Global Supply Chain initiatives. You will have the ability to use our business systems and become knowledgeable with other technologies to drive better operating decisions.
