We are a busy group of companies operating out of one office. Our main purpose of business operation is Skip Hire & Waste Management
Monday-Friday 8am - 4.30:pm (very occasional Saturdays until 12pm may be required, but not compulsory additional salary will be paid)
Lunch time: 30 minutes
You will have excellent book keeping, payroll, administrative ,PA and organisational skills, be able to manage the general day to day running of the office and bespoke order management system. You **must **be highly organised, methodical and have a good telephone manner.
Your responsibilities will include:
All aspects of Book keeping, including chasing payments (SAGE ONE)
Pay roll (SAGE PAYROLL)
Processing daily delivery & collection tickets
Producing daily drivers sheets
Reconciling bank Statements
Manage staff holiday, absences, data and information
Record keeping for Environment Agency & Health & Safety
Maintaining and updating company polices
Processing daily data
Weighbridge operation (training provided)
Organise directors and assist them
Process customer payments
Preparing monthly statistics and management reports
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Methodical and thorough approach to work
Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
A great team player
A desire to show initiative
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Good IT skills - Word and Excel
Ability to work on your own initiative
Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
Problem-solving skills and project management ability
Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner.
**Salary**: £28,500.00-£31,200.00 per year
