Continuous Improvement Facilitator

The job

Main duties of the role include:
*Complete data analysis on internal defects in order to provide Manufacturing with data to drive the reduction of incidents and waste
*Teach and mentor Continuous Improvement activities and events; coordinating plant Continuous Improvement training activities
*Pro-active project identification, selection and management
*Support Short Interval Control actions and Analysis

Key Requirements

*Experience or working knowledge in BRCGS & ISO Standards
*Have experience in a progressive, fast moving manufacturing environment
*Have proven analytical and systematic approach to problem solving
*Six Sigma Green Belt is required
*Have proven ability to manage and deliver major change projects
*Strong communication skills
*Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
*Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
*Ability to work independently using your own initiative
*Excellent problem solving skills with a willingness to learn
*Good knowledge and experience in IT systems & Microsoft product

Salary

Up to £45,000 DOE plus usual large company benefits.
