**Project Co-ordinator**

In order to support the continued growth of our company an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Co-ordinator to join our team.

**About Energyline**:
Energyline Ltd is a fast-growing independent multi-disciplinary engineering, planning and environmental consultancy specialising in the design and consenting of power system projects including overhead lines and underground cables. Across the company we offer design solutions, planning and environmental consultancy expertise as well as site-based services including overhead line surveys, design studies relating to overhead lines and underground cable schemes, condition inspections, site investigations and engineering/ environmental surveys.

Our business predominantly collaborates with the major network operators in the UK as well as key contractors as we aim to meet the demands of the accelerating pace of electricity infrastructure development to meet the targets of Net Zero.

**The role**:
This dynamic role will involve working closely with our Project Managers supporting a wide range of tasks to enable the successful delivery of projects from bid to completion. As the company is going through a digital transformation there will be an opportunity to develop and enhance the current project management system to ensure it is effective and efficient. We are looking for a detail-oriented, dependable, problem solver with good communication skills who can work in a fast-paced environment to keep our projects running smoothly.

**Key responsibilities and duties**:

- Support the development of project documentation
- Attend all relevant meetings to take minutes and ensure actions are captured and minutes distributed in a timely manner.
- Support the Project Manager in establishing a clear project reporting cycle and monitoring of project milestones and deliverables/ progress
- Engagement with relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Support the Project Manager with appropriate QA processes, risk management, and implementing mitigating actions.
- Have responsibility for project documentation ensuring it is regularly updated
- Preparation of project documentation and programme updates

**Skills and experience required**:

- Experience working as part of a project team
- Ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders both internal and external to the business.
- Excellent written, interpersonal and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent organisation skills that allow for working across multiple projects at once.

The role is based in Copgrove, North Yorkshire but hybrid working is a possibility.

**Hours**: Full time (37.5 hours a week).

**Salary **:£25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
