Anderson Knight Recruitment are supporting a client based in Lanarkshire to recruit an experienced HR Adviser, this is a full time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. The client operates a hybrid working pattern, spending 2 days per week in the office and 3 days working from home.

The successful HR Adviser will work in partnership with regional directors and operational managers to deliver HR solutions to designated operational services within a constantly changing environment. The role involves providing professional advice and support to line manager colleagues on all matters relating to employment, contributing towards the advancement of our strategic goals.

**Main Duties**
- Partner with the business to effectively communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring the resolution of HR issues in alignment with policy, procedure, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with operational line managers and L&D business partners to identify opportunities where HR can add value by understanding business needs and key drivers.
- Actively participate in HR projects related to absence, resourcing, reward, discipline, grievance performance management, employee engagement, employee development, and other people-related initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with fair and reasonable employment practices that promote equality and diversity, meeting statutory and legal requirements.
- Conduct exit interviews with exiting employees, maintain clear records, and highlight relevant issues to managers.
- Contribute to HR initiatives within the HR team, sharing skills, knowledge, and experience with colleagues and managers.
- Raise the profile of the HR function by effectively communicating the services provided by the team.
- Collaborate with Learning and Development business partners to optimize employee potential.
- Assist in the development of key metrics for the HR team.
- Embed a performance management culture to drive business improvement through clear objectives, feedback, and customer service improvement aligned with the organization's values.
- Support managers and staff in managing employee relations issues and improve consultation effectiveness.
- Support managers and staff in managing change, including changes to terms and conditions of employment and business transfers.

**Criteria**:

- CIPD Level 5 qualification.
- Highly credible and skilled HR Adviser with a hands-on operational ability and a consultative approach.
- Highly developed influencing skills and a persuasive manner.
- Flexible approach to work and ability to prioritize.
- Strong team player with positive team behaviors.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Expertise in employment law and dealing with employee relations issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
