Sales Manager (m/w/d)

Your role:
As Mabanaft’s new Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of sales activities of conventional fuels through our B2B distribution channel in the whole of the UK, introducing new low emission alternative fuels, developing and leading your team, and taking ownership for sales and budgets within your territory. Opportunities for maximising customer service along with acquiring new customers will be a pivotal part of your role. Mabanaft sees itself as an important partner in accompanying customers throughout the energy transition and the challenges it bring about. In this role, you can therefore introduce new energy products like hydrotreated vegetable oil, hydrogen, methanol etc to your customer base, in addition to the existing portfolio of diesel and gasoline.

What you will do:
- Team Building and Leadership: You are responsible for hiring, training, motivating and leading Leading a team of 5 account managers. You foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance within the team. You provide mentorship and career development opportunities for all team members.- B2B Sales activities: You are responsible for a multi-million £ profit and loss account. You oversee all wholesale activities within the UK for conventional and low emission energy.- Internal and external stakeholder management: You represent Mabanaft in supply organizations and work in close collaboration with the international Trading & Supply organization and various subsidiaries in the UK.

Required qualifications and experience:
- Experience: You have several years’ experience in a B2B Wholesale or Commodity Organisation.- Leadership: Preferably you are experienced in leading teams through ambiguous times and in international set-ups in an empathetic and holistic manager.

Relevant Skills:
- Sales: You have excellent negotiation,good strategic thinking skills and relevant contacts in the industry and beyond.- Change and Transformation: You are highly energetic and enjoy inspiring those around you with new ideas and technologies to build the energy world of tomorrow together.- Oversight and multi-tasking: You can handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.- Hands-On Mentality: You enjoy working in fast paced, ambiguous environments and solve challenges independently.
