My client is a highly successful company based in Leeds, they are well know in the Estate and Letting agency sector and have worked with well known, leading businesses for over 20 years. Due to continues success, the company is looking to recruit into theirbusy, fast paced operations team on a full time and permanent basis.

The role is a perfect opportunity for someone wanting to make the move out of retail/hospitality OR someone who has worked within an office environment and is looking for a new exciting challenge The role offers a detailed training programme as well asexcellent career progression and development plus many other bonuses and incentives

**The role is very varied where no two days are the same however, your main responsibilities would be**:

- Dealing with administration surrounding a wide variety of different legal matters
- Liaising with suppliers, mostly law firms and inventory clerks to ensure all service level agreements are met
- Being Responsible for issuing daily reports
- Monitoring mailboxes, ensuring all orders are processed efficiently and accurately

**Personal Qualities and Experience needed for the role**:

- Previous experience working in an administrative and/or customer service capacity would be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage a varied workload
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Good data input skills
- Good team player, but, also the ability to work on own initiative
- Good attention to detail
- Good organisation skills
