Due to business growth, we have an exciting job opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join our growing team, where you will work alongside Patient Support and Operational teams to strategically plan and schedule coaching sessions.

**Every day you will**
- Identify opportunities to improve & develop the services, systems, and processes.
- Identify potential scheduling and service delivery issues and escalate appropriately.
- Adhere to and implement the services open shift process; working collaboratively to ensure open shifts are filled and service disruption minimised.
- Manage queries regarding venues, escalating to the operations team leader where appropriate and monitor and track venues against actual usage and budget.
- Undertake operational planning and scheduling of services activity; including groups, one to one and ad hoc sessions as required.

**To thrive in this role, you must ideally have**

- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems.
