**Are you an experienced Events Co-ordinator looking for the next step in your events career? Would you like to work at one of London's most iconic events venues?**

De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in London's Covent Garden are recruiting for a Full Time Senior Conference & Events Co-ordinator to join the team. This is a full time, office based role that involves working Monday to Friday.

**As the Senior Conference & Events Co-ordinator** **you will** take a lead role with overseeing large events bookings, converting high value enquiries into unforgettable experiences. Prepare to shine as you conduct captivating show rounds to showcase our venue for social events and conferences and then plan the events from start to finish. This role will also involve leading function sheet meetings to effectively communicate client requirements to our operational team who will then run the event on the day.

**In return the role offers up to £30,000** per annum plus monthly and quarterly sales incentives and excellent benefits including free meals, an annual complimentary 2 night stay with dinner at a De Vere Hotel plus additional stays for just £50 and a paid day off for your birthday in addition to your holidays, to name just a few

**Your skills and experience**:

- You have previous experience as an Events Co-ordinator
- You are passionate about events and prepared to put your heart and soul in to delivering memorable experiences for our guests
- You forge strong working relationships and create genuine connections with colleagues and our valued guests through your excellent communication skills.
- You are confident using IT software - familiarity with Opera software would be beneficial but is not essential as training can be provided
- Most of all, you share our values such as being graciously warm, demonstrating a genuine approach, anticipating guest needs and ensuring every detail is considered.
