**The company**:
A leading supplier of soft furnishing products, our client enjoys an enviable reputation as a market leader within their industry and is currently looking to add to their management team with the recruitment of a dynamic National Field Sales Manager to managetheir successful team of territory sales managers.

**The role**:
Responsible for managing a national field sales team who sell into the independent retail sector, this role requires an experienced, charismatic and motivational leader who can inspire their team to maximise their potential to deliver sales for the business.

In addition to managing the field sales team, this role will also take responsibility for a portfolio of key accounts to manage personally.

**The person**:
As this is a national role, frequent travel across the country will be required.
