Are you ready to lead a dynamic team of Regional Sales Managers across Great Britain? Aqualla, a high growth Northern Irish company renowned for its exceptional commitment to quality, is seeking a National Sales Manager to spearhead their sales strategy. You will be a Leader and a Manager, and this appointment is central to the delivery of the overall business strategy in 2024 and beyond.

Your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful. You’ll craft and execute our sales strategy, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and foster strong relationships with our headquarters in Northern Ireland to truly grasp what sets Aqualla apart in the market. Supporting and developing our Regional Sales Managers will be crucial, ensuring they meet and exceed their targets while championing key accounts yourself.

We’re seeking a high calibre professional with a proven track record of driving growth, executing sales strategies, nurturing teams, and fostering continuous improvement. Experience in managing teams selling wholesale to major retailers, particularly in the bathroom, kitchen, or appliances sectors, is highly desirable.

You will be highly structured with the ability to self-manage to ensure you are maximising the impact of the time spent with your team based throughout England, Scotland & Wales. You will be data driven, highly commercial (financial forecasting, tracking metrics, foreseeing industry trends) along with first class interpersonal skills for proposals, presentations and influencing.
