Patient Care Coordinator

Receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professions in a courteous, efficient and effective way.

Provides general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patient and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.

Patient Care Coordinators work on a rotational basis and need to cover phones, reception desk, general administration duties and typing. You will be expected to join the rota of patient care coordinators to work on a Saturday which averages 1-2 per year. You will also be expected to be able to cover holiday and sickness absence by working extra hours as necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.80 per hour

- Lincoln: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
