Livestock Scheme Coordinator

**About The Role**
Are you a dedicated and detail oriented individual with a reputation for building supplier relationships? We’re currently looking for a Livestock Scheme Coordinator to join our forward thinking livestock team at our Colne Manufacturing Site. You’ll be responsiblefor the end-to-end administration for all our finance cattle schemes totalling £10 million of stock, completing payments and maintaining stock lists, contract logs and dealing with supplier and stakeholder queries. The wider team completes payments for £420million of stock every year, dealing with over 2,500 suppliers so this role is key to ensuring the smooth running of our livestock business and livestock schemes.
Key duties will include:
- Maintaining livestock prepayment scheme admin
- Key contact for scheme queries from stakeholders and suppliers
- Raising purchase orders
- Processing livestock payments against species grid
- Producing regular reports and maintaining KPI data
- Supporting the wider livestock team with operational tasks and responsibilities
You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers and stakeholders and you’ll also work closely with site teams, wider livestock teams across the business, our livestock buyers and also the operationalteams.
**About You**
To be successful in this role you will need a sound understanding of Excel, good communications skills, both verbal and written. We’re ideally looking for someone with an experience in a farming or agricultural background, with the ability to build and maintaingood working relationships and reputation with our customers/suppliers and key stakeholders. You’ll be able to use your own initiative with regards to problem solving with solid organisational skills, time management and attention to detail. It’s key we meetdeadlines and terms internally and with our external partners so we’re looking for someone who can work efficiently in their role.

**About the site**
Set on nine acres of land, our 16,700 square foot Colne site is one of Europe's largest beef, pork and lamb processing facilities.
Here our 840 colleagues work five days a week, producing meat and raw materials for sausages, pies and more. We supply our stores and Farmers Boy with 150 products. Everything from pork shanks and beef fillets to oxtail primals and pork shoulder joints.
