CRM Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced CRM Manager to play a vital role in the charity's Marketing and Communications Department to fundamentally step-change engagement with our key audience groups.

The charity is going through an exciting period of growth having recently opened a new state-of-the-art facility for multi-disciplinary therapy programmes for childhood disability and research of neurodevelopmental conditions, including autism, within the grounds of Keele University.

Position: CRM Data Specialist Manager

Location: Newcastle-Under-Lyme

**Salary**: up to £50k depending on experience

Contract: Full Time - Permanent

Closing date: 11th April 2023

About the role:
This is an exciting role for the right person - effectively building a CRM strategy approach from the ground up - including recommending the optimum platform, ways of working, and the ways in which data from intra-departments links together to revolutionise the way we engage with our audiences.

**Responsibilities**:
As the CRM Data Specialist Manager, you will:
CRM

*Support the charity in the effective and efficient use of the CRM system and in doing so be the 'go-to' person for support and guidance
*Be the point of contact for the charity with the CRM supplier.
*Keep up to date with emerging themes and issues associated with Raiser's Edge and GDPR.
*Become an expert on GDPR and advisor to the business, advising employees including Directors throughout the charity.
*Work with other teams within the charity to drive a customer-centric approach.
*Create new and innovative ways of engaging with our customers and attaining their support.
*Grow and support income generation methods through CRM.
*Use audience research and insight to assist in the development of activity and content
*Analyse data looking at retention rates and using results to drive improvements.
*Support other teams on the correct collection and management of data in line with GDPR regulations.

Marketing

*Work with the in-house comms, digital marketing, and design team
*Grow the marketable database with relevant contacts and champion segmentation
*Extracting marketable data from multiple sources (inquiries just giving reports, web forms, paper forms).
*Managing subscriber lists and databases used for marketing purposes and segmenting them.
*Analyse and report on campaigns vs objectives and make decisions based on results
*Monthly Board reporting

About you:

- Minimum 5 years working in a CRM position
- Experience in amalgamating multiple data points into a cohesive CRM strategy
- Experience working with digital marketing teams to create holistic marketing campaigns
- Enthusiastic 'can-do attitude
- IT literate and fully proficient with basic Microsoft packages.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to plan and coordinate work, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Strong team player.
- Experience working as part of a team to achieve objectives.
