Our client is a successful family business that has an opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager to join their team. As the Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong and long-lasting relationships with current key stakeholdersand local authorities across the UK.
As the Client Relationship Manager, you will build relationships within your field and account manage these including negotiating contracts and agreements. You will be proactive in relationship building and support all tenders using the intelligence gainedthrough your relationships to forecast annual fee revenues and inform other answers where appropriate.
**Job Description**:

- Build strong client relationships and grow these accounts
- Ability to identify new business opportunities
- Develop new Business and identify areas of improvement to meet quotas and SLAs
- Have excellent communication skills - both verbally and in written form
- Financial knowledge of a minimum of 2 years+
- Solid experience in using CRM systems, Excel, and Salesforce (this would be an advantage)
- Acting as the main point of contact for all accounts across designated remit - including negotiations of contracts to maximise profit
- Relationship Building and identifying key stakeholders within local authorities. Being proactive with these relationships and building partnerships to obtain the client's reputation.
- Tender support
- managing customer expectations and predicting and being able to forecast annual fee revenues.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm

**Salary**: £35,000 (negotiable) Per Annum
