**Vacancy Overview**:
We are looking to recruit an IT Technician Apprentice who is a hardworking, organized individual with flexibility and a willingness to learn. The IT Technician will work closely with IT Team to provide management of IT services, general IT support, workingacross 4 schools to supply technical support ensuring smooth operations.

**Working Week**:
Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm or 8:30am - 4:30pm

**Detailed Job Description**:
As a Infrastructure Technician Apprentice your main roles and responsibilities will include:

- Becoming a valued part of the IT Support team
- Learning how to provide technical support
- Gaining on the job experience and being able to utilize the skills you have gained over the duration of your apprenticeship
- Providing Teachers & students with technical support
- Setting up IT Infrastructure
- Providing connectivity support
- Supporting students with downloading of school apps
- Password resets
- Supporting the schools IT infrastructure under the guidance and direction of the network manager.
