So what do we need? At least 12 months property based experience, a hunger to succeed and a proven track record in the world of sales. The Auction department is fast paced from morning to night so you need to be able to manage a large portfolio of properties dealing with every aspect of the sale. Communication, passion, integrity and organisational skills are key but above all we need a sales driven individual who can get the results. Depending on experience you can expect to be earning an OTE of £35 - 40k.
