We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our Storage team in Swindon. In this role you will be responsible for inputting data for the freight, querying discrepancies and producing reports. Be the point of contact for all queries relating to the pick and assist with general admin to support the operation.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Processes transfers for shipments moving on to another location.
- Maintains records of all received shipments.
- Log data into inventory database.
- Contact's distributor to inquire about shipment delays or problems.
- Reports any major or unresolved shipment delays or problems to
- Addresses and answers customer inquiries about pending orders and shipments

**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
- Exhibits ability to use inventory software efficiently.
- Possesses basic math skills.
- Communicates clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
- Handles discrepancies or shipping problems calmly and politely.
- Exhibits familiarity with inventory and warehousing
- Strong analytical approach with the ability to consistently adhere to procedures through to ensuring all relevant paperwork is maintained and completed in a timely manner
- Attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner is essential
