Take ownership for Technical Documentation at RWE Offshore Wind, one of the global leading Offshore Wind leaders, at the interface of business operations and fleet services within the Technical Fleet Management Team. Within a team of highly motivated business and technical documentation experts, you will be working together with responsible colleagues at site to provide high quality technical documentation for a range of equipment and tasks across the Offshore fleet. The delivery and management of technical documentation is a key activity supporting the “self-perform” strategy of the global Offshore Wind fleet.

What you can expect:

- Create technical documentation according to project charters and plans to enable self-perform
- Draft XML-based documentation in the XML editor Oxygen and the Content Management System Cinnamon
- Manage review workflows and effectively interact with stakeholders
- Updating and improving existing documentation with regards to process modifications, safety alerts, site requirements or administrational changes
- Create and manage digital inspection record sheets to be used on mobile devices and enabling data analysis
- Chair kick-off and update meetings with Operations to discuss requirements for technical documentation, approval workflows and the structure of the documentation to ensure the site requirements and expectations are met
- Interact with the drawing office and responsible colleagues on site to provide technical drawings and component photographs for inclusion in the technical documentation
- Adhere to rolling improvements in document management and writing, international standards and optimized maintenance

What we can expect:

- Proven experience and knowledge in technical document writing
- Practical experience in Offshore Wind O&M or similar industries, preferred but not essential
- Very comprehensive stakeholder management skills especially a confident, clear and efficient communication style with all hierarchy levels as well as external stakeholders
- Knowledge of the RDS-PP documentation standards, preferred but not essential
- A good understanding and experience of the principles of document management and working experience of different document management systems
- Experience with working in international project teams, across functions and countries
- Ability to work with multiple IT systems simultaneously. Adaptability to work with new processes and IT systems
- Willingness to travel
- Proof of necessary medical certificates for Offshore Work and necessary trainings is advantageous
