To provide comprehensive high quality secretarial and administrative support to the Primary Care Network team and Community Diabetes service. To utilise project management skills to ensure all components of the PCN agenda is in place according to agreed timescales. To liaise with Nurse Consultant, team leaders to ensure smooth running of the PCN MDT and activities To be responsible for marketing and promoting the Community Diabetes Service and PCN work. This will include developing promotional material, meeting GPs, Practice nurses and other health professionals to discuss PCN programmes, promoting the programme to wider community services.
