People Operations Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and passionate People Operations Advisor with demonstrable experience to join our highly-skilled and collaborative People Operations team.
You will be responsible for the delivery of our people processes throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring all communication is of high quality, delivering the ultimate people experience.
**Your key duties will include**:
- processing people changes (starters, movers, leavers) including on-boarding and pre-employment screening checks, generating correspondence, updating people systems and notifying other key stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of our people processes
- ensuring people systems are accurate and up to date
- working closely with our Reward team to ensure any pay & benefit enrolments / changes have been communicated
- running the operational element of our annual processes such as promotions, salary reviews and trainee seat rotations
- conducting check-in conversations at key stages throughout the employee lifecycle to ensure we are delivering an excellent people experience
- helping to identify trends and themes to ensure continuous improvement in our processes
- helping to develop proposals, solutions and new ways of working that enhance the overall people experience
**Skills and experience you will have**:
- experience of working within an operational and people services function is essential
- proven ability to manage multiple activities with various or conflicting deadlines
- excellent written and presenting skills
- a high degree of organisation and the ability to prioritise effectively
- a flexible approach and proven ability to manage multiple activities with conflicting deadlines
- a clear understanding of processes relating to the employee lifecycle
- the ability to interact with, and influence, key stakeholders at all levels with confidence and credibility
- to have strong problem solving skills
- an excellent level of empathy and emotional intelligence
- thrive working in a collaborative team, supporting others when required

The People Operations team lead the delivery aspects of the group strategy and culture; providing a dynamic infrastructure that continuously builds capability across the business.
