Salary dependant on experience - £26,000 and upwards

The Role of an EHS Advisor

**Responsibilities of the EHS Advisor**:

- Manage the incident investigations and ensure actions have been closed, recorded, and signed off.
- Take ownership of regulatory compliance databases and ensure they are up to date.
- Identify any defects/faults with work equipment with regular inspections and raise with necessary stakeholders to arrange required actions.
- Coordinate internal audits / inspections and maintain management systems in line with company policies.
- Promote safe behaviours and influence a positive safety culture.

The successfully appointed EHS Advisor will have the following skills and abilities:

- NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent
- Experience with document control and management systems
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills for all Microsoft office packages.
- Experience and knowledge of EHS legislative requirements
- Previous experience with manufacturing plants
- Strong team player and confident problem-solving skills.
