About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to join our team at Ipsen Biopharm Ltd. As an EHS Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our site is considered a safe place of work and maintaining the safety standards associated with the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-level advisory services to the business and stakeholders
  2. Be a go-to person and prioritize workloads as and when they arise
  3. Adapt and respond to a fast-paced EHS environment
  4. Provide advice and guidance on workplace risk and environmental impact
  5. Attend tier and project meetings as required
  6. Support EHS representatives
  7. Review and support risk assessments across site
  8. Model good EHS behaviors
  9. Engage and promote our 3S Safety Program
  10. Participate in the EHS audit and inspection program onsite
  11. Support the business with ongoing maintenance and improvement to the EHS management system
  12. Devise and deliver training programs
  13. Maintain and ensure Ipsen EHS training database compliance across site
  14. Carry out toolbox talks and participate in the S3 Safety Program
  15. Perform assigned tasks while adhering to current GMP requirements
Requirements
  1. Possession of a NEBOSH General Certificate is essential
  2. Demonstrable workplace experience in an EHS advisory capacity, preferably in a GMP or highly regulated manufacturing environment
  3. Prior experience with Risk Assessments, Employee Training, and Coaching as well as Contractor Control
  4. Passionate about ensuring a safe workplace environment for all
