We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive CAMO Administrator to join our Operations team If you're passionate about supporting the smooth operation of a vital aviation department, this is your opportunity to shine

Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities encompass a wide array of tasks, allowing for independence and initiative, including:

- Creating, formatting, and presenting comprehensive reports that make an impact.
- Collating and analysing data and statistics from a variety of internal and external sources, seamlessly transferring them to local systems as required.
- Actively contributing to and maintaining the company's systems and processes, ensuring efficient and reliable operations.
- Organising, managing, and participating in departmental activities, such as training, development, and project work that holds relevance across the organisation.
- Skillfully prioritising and planning both individual and team tasks to effectively meet objectives while adhering to reporting lines and departmental, team, and individual goals.
- Timely, accurate, and efficient communication with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
- Effective collaboration within the department and across the entire airline, fostering productive partnerships with our partners and suppliers.
- On-site work with our contracted service provider, ensuring seamless cooperation.
- Consistent adherence to all company, legal, and regulatory requirements, guided by your line manager or the business.
- Cultivating a workplace culture that promotes teamwork and elevates performance, in alignment with the company's Hallmarks.

Skills and Capabilities:

- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication, both written and verbal, with a knack for influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
- Skill in meeting deadlines and upholding quality standards while consistently delivering against customer and business requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills that encourage collaborative problem-solving and effective teamwork.
- Proven ability in prioritisation, planning, and organisational capabilities, showcasing adaptability and innovation.
- Adept IT literacy to support your role, enabling you to thrive in a digital environment.

- An in-depth understanding of business operations, essential to thriving in this role.
- Familiarity with BA Engineering's integrated processes and systems (Essential).
- A basic understanding of Health & Safety legislation (Desirable).
- A basic knowledge of EASA regulations (Desirable).
