- Previous experience in a similar role within a Nursing Home or Senior Care setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff
- Knowledge of care needs specific to younger adult, Nursing and Dementia Care residents
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute a variety of activities for individuals with varying abilities and interests
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with residents and create a positive atmosphere
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate activity schedules
