_**Edinburgh University Students' Association is looking to recruit for an HR Administrator to join our People & Development team.**_

We’re looking for an HR Administrator with enthusiasm, confidence and proven ability to work with colleagues across the organisation to build a positive culture together. You’ll be working in our People and Development team, supporting a really interesting and diverse portfolio of activities.

We’re a charitable organisation, with a staff team of c.100 salaried and up to 250 part time staff, supporting over 45,000 members, providing services and facilities including everything from an advice centre, to bars and nightclub activity, to Edinburgh Festival Fringe. We’re an organisation with a strategic commitment to support and empower all our staff, and have some exciting plans for the future.

**Salary: £22,367 per annum (pro rata), plus a generous benefits package**:

- **THE ROLE**:_

The Students’ Association has a wide range of functions from membership services to bars and cafes, and additionally operates Festival Venues during the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. The People & Development team supports a diverse workforce of c. 100 salaried employees and c. 250 hourly paid employees, for whom we want to deliver the best working experience. We are currently in the implementation phase of a Pay and Reward Review and a Value and Behaviours project.

The HR Administrator enables the efficient and effective running of both our day-to-day activities, and key projects, such as high-volume recruitment for our Festival Venues. You will provide support across the team which consists of the Head of People & Development, HR Advisor and HR Coordinator. You can expect to be involved in a broad range of HR activities across the employee life cycle including recruitment, employee benefits, learning & development and pay and reward.
- **THE PERSON**:_

An enthusiastic, confident and competent individual with HR administration experience, excellent customer service and knowledge of HR systems and procedures. A person with strong communication skills who excels in taking care of the detail and delivers to a consistently high standard.
