**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for a professional Technical Support Analyst to allow us to build upon and improve the strength and depth of our Service Delivery team capabilities.

Whether they be Customers, Fitters or Dealers, you will offer a professional level of support for our range of vehicle solutions.

**The Mission**

In simple terms, using your skills as directed to:
Interact with Customers and Dealers on a daily basis, answering questions, listening to concerns, helping to solve problems, offering advice and providing feedback to the Management Team so we can look to improve our products and grow as a Company.

**What we’re looking for**:
Demonstrable skills in one or more of the following:

- Self-motivated, capable of working on own initiative.
- Proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire client loyalty and adoption.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience initiating and building positive relationships.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to function in an extremely high volume, forever evolving new business environment while always maintaining a smile and positive disposition.
- Excellent Communication skills, proactively engaging with Customers and Dealers alike.

**What skills will help you to succeed in this role?**
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about your work with a high attention to detail.
- Problem solving ability.
- A strong customer care focus.
- Previous Technical Support experience is desirable.
- Some knowledge of Vehicle Tracking and Alarms is desirable.
- GCSE or equivalent is required.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
