We have an opportunity available for anEducation Administrator for Apprenticeshipsin the Education department at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust.

The post holder will work in a friendly team and will be based in a busy shared office within the department. You will need to be able to learn quickly to follow complex systems and to become an efficient and effective member of the team, who can respond in an appropriate and timely way. You will need to be calm when under pressure, to present a professional and friendly manner to all staff you com into contact with. Flexibility is essential to cover for colleagues and to manage the competing demands of the job.

The hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 37.5 hour week

The Education Administrator for Apprenticeships will work as part of the Education Department providing effective, professional and quality administration support, enabling the department to fulfil its function to a high quality standard.

Your main role will be to be involved in all aspects of co-ordination of apprenticeships, apprenticeship programmes and the support required for them.

Support will also be provided to the Head of Education and Apprenticeships and other senior members of the Education team. The post holder will manage his/her own workload working however advice will be given as required.
