Currently working with a fantastic Client based in Haslingden. Our client is a leading manufacturer of weighing and metering equipment. With 40 years of experience in their industry, our client prides themselves on their can-do approach and industry-wide reputation for excellent customer service.

Working hours are - Full time - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (flexible)

**Responsibilities**:
**This role will encompass a number of administrative duties and will primarily be to liaise with company Engineers at Project Handover for anything to do with customer documentation and to ensure the all documents are up to standard and meet the customers requirements.**
- Assist with the completion of any onboarding processes
- To assist with HR documentation and processes including new starters
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to GDPR processes at all times
- Managing documentation on client portals
- Compiling ‘Life Time Records’
- Compiling documentation for projects
- Own and control documentation management systems to manage the flow of information

**Profile**:

- Come from a senior administrator background
- Demonstrate a positive approach to duties
- Have exceptional organizational skills and manage workload effectively
- Have excellent customer service/interpersonal skills
- Adhere to H&S regulations
