We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join us on a permanent basis to support our sales & customer service team.

This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident and professional individual that enjoys using their initiative and who has a ‘can do’ working style.

The role covers a wide remit of all aspects of office, sales and project administration and therefore requires an excellent all-round understanding of business processes and the ability to be adaptable and collaborative with excellent multitasking, communicationand organisational skills.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Provide a high standard of organisational & administrative support
- Paperwork administration - scanning, filing, recording.
- Data entry and database maintenance
- Creating and managing documents and spreadsheets.
- Prepare reports & other written materials.
- Answer the telephone & respond to all enquiries in a friendly & efficient manner.
- To represent the Company in a professional manner at all times, both verbally and in writing to customers and suppliers.

**Skills Required**:

- Experience with Microsoft Office & Outlook
- Experience working in an office environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and improve
