**The role**:

- Monitor the reference inbox and action queries accordingly
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider Talent Acquisition Team
- Other associated duties as directed and/or delegated to by Talent Acquisition Management.

**Knowledge and experience**:

- Experience working within an administrative role, in a busy customer focused environment.
- Customer centric approach with an experience-led journey at the front and centre
- Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- General understanding of the Data Protection Act (2018) and GDPR (2018) and the Equality Act (2010)
- HR Administration experience desirable.
