An opportunity has arisen within the Fleet Services team, based at Sandy. We are looking for an Administrator to join us on a permanent full-time basis. Previous fleet experience is not essential, the correct personal attitude and skills being more important.
We are looking for someone who is extremely organised, passionate about excellent customer service, can communicate clearly at all levels and is keen to learn.
- Very personable with good written and verbal communication
- Able to develop good working relations with both colleagues and providers
- Highly organised with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively
- A willingness to learn and develop within the role
- Confident using technology and a good working knowledge of MS Office
**Key responsibilities**
- Coordinate meetings including booking facilities, distributing information, and taking minutes
- Provide administrative support to key department functions including diary management
- Capture and input data into company systems accurately
