**Logistics Administrator**:
At Royal Swinkels we are looking for a Logistics Administrator to join a growing team based near East Midlands airport. The company has been growing from strength to strength and is still proudly a family run Global business. You will assist with a range of tasks required by our customers to ensure they receive their order in a timely manner. Your responsibilities include inputting orders, arranging transportation and ensuring the customer receives the correct order on time. This is a varied role within logistics. Hybrid working option available post-training.

**Join the family**:

- Castle Donington, Derby (UK)- 32 - 40 uur per week**What are you going to do?**
- You will process incoming orders efficiently.
- You will maintain daily communication with hauliers and 3PL to ensure timely delivery.
- You resolve delivery issues promptly, including delays and stock rejections.
- You ensure timely completion of customs declarations for imports.
- You validate customer claims for sales queries by requesting PODs and review/authorize invoices.

**Who are you?**
- You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for daily interaction with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Problem-solving, attention to detail, and proactive completion of tasks are crucial for success in the role.
- Adaptability, common sense, and confidence are key attributes needed to navigate various situations effectively.
- Flexibility in work schedule, including availability for bank holiday cover, is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is necessary, although training and personal development programs will be provided.
