**Front of House**
- Crown Care Group are an established Operator and Developer of Care Homes for the elderly, with a strong reputation for delivering luxurious surroundings & facilities, in purpose built, high quality, design led care homes; and which are CQC highly rated._
- Clarendon House is a Luxurious 64 bed Registered Care Home providing an excellent standard of residential care, including dementia care, as well as shorter term respite care._
- There are excellent opportunities in our new Care Home for those who aspire to “really make a difference” to the lives of older people that have chosen to live in spectacular newly developed residential care services._

You will ideally be qualified with Basic Food Hygiene Certificate to level 2 or 3. Experience working within Care Homes, Schools and Hotels/Guest Houses would be desirable but not essential. Good communication skills and Team player.

Key Tasks

: - At all times to maintain effective communication and liaison with the Crown Care Group home manager, Head Chef and Chef to ensure the smooth, safe and effective provision of catering / food services.
- To maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the kitchen, dining and storage areas. - To be responsible (under the supervision of Chef/Head Chef) for the serving and removal of food on the ground floor in conjunction with staggered meal times.
- To promote and display a professional image commensurate with the high standards of Crown Care Group.
- In conjunction with the wider care team to adhere to the Homes Philosophy, goals and statement of purpose.
- To show hosting skills by offering visitors and guests refreshments.
- To ensure all dining and Bistro areas are kept tidy, set up and well stocked with food stuffs, beverages, cutlery and crockery.
- Ensure appropriate music is being played at all times.
- Help with special events.
- Ensure correct menus for each day are available and displayed throughout the home on stands and tables.
- To maintain appropriate workflow in the kitchen by assuring prompt clearing and washing of dishes, crockery, pots and pans.

A variety of shifts will cover all 7 days of the week (including alternate weekend working).

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

**Job Type**: Part-time
