About the role:
We have the opportunity for you to join something special. We are looking for an individual to join our team and become one of our customer support team based in our head office in Darlington
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will engage in conversations to find out your customer’s needs and provide information to our new and existing customers about mortgage and savings products. By getting to grips with our processes and policies you will assist in each part of the customer life cycle.
Your role will be an essential part of our back-office customer support team. Having valuable conversations with every customer, over the phone and through written communication. So, whether you are resolving a problem or giving general information, you’ll always place our customers’ needs at the heart of everything you do.
