The Opportunity: Contracts Administrator
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work within a structured environment, providing essential administrative support for a national contract.
Your Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers who have newly installed security and/or alarm systems.
- Prepare accurate quotes and manage repair or installation arrangements.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Process orders, send details to the manufacturing department, and maintain meticulous records.
- Utilize spreadsheets and CRM systems to update customer information and track progress.
- Perform general office administrative tasks as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses exceptional communication skills, with a confident and outgoing demeanor for handling customer interactions.
- Demonstrates strong numerical and written communication abilities.
- Maintains a positive and enthusiastic attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Has a minimum of 12 months of experience in an office-based role.
- Ideally, possesses experience handling inbound customer calls.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
