The Opportunity: Contracts Administrator

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work within a structured environment, providing essential administrative support for a national contract.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers who have newly installed security and/or alarm systems.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and manage repair or installation arrangements.
  • Collaborate effectively with project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Process orders, send details to the manufacturing department, and maintain meticulous records.
  • Utilize spreadsheets and CRM systems to update customer information and track progress.
  • Perform general office administrative tasks as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses exceptional communication skills, with a confident and outgoing demeanor for handling customer interactions.
  • Demonstrates strong numerical and written communication abilities.
  • Maintains a positive and enthusiastic attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has a minimum of 12 months of experience in an office-based role.
  • Ideally, possesses experience handling inbound customer calls.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
