Vehicle Hire Administrator

Vans For Bands Ltd is looking for someone to join its Oxford based splitter van fleet team as a hire administrator responsible for processing Penalty Charge Notices and undertaking a business support role in the splitters team.

The hours required will vary from 5 to 16 per week (depending on the time of year) and there is flexibility as to when these are worked. The role is based in our Begbroke office at OX5 1RG and there is scope for some home working once training is complete.

Vans for Band Ltd is one of the largest suppliers of artist and crew transportation to the live music touring industry in Europe, as well as a key transport supplier to the Film and TV industry. We have the largest fleet of bespoke built splitter vans in Europe which offer a specialist transport solution combining both passengers (artists & bands / film crews) and equipment storage within the same vehicle. - Have well developed organisational and time management skills
- May suit someone with experience of working within local authorities

**Terms of Employment**
- Employed on PAYE basis with holiday pay, sick pay and pension benefits
- Competitive rate of pay, depending on experience
- Between 5 to 16 hours per week (will vary depending on time of year).
- Annual leave is 28 days inclusive of public holiday pro-rata against hours worked.

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
