Talent Acquisition Administrator 6 Month Fixed Term

Reed HR are currently partnering with a rapidly growing client to assist them in the search for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join their high-energy team on a 6-month fixed-term contract with a strong possibility of being extended/made permanent for the right individual.
Location: Kidlington (Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office) Salary: £30,000 per annum plus full extensive benefits package
About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will be crucial in supporting the organisation's talent acquisition efforts. You will be immersed in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of recruitment activities, and providing exceptional administrative support to their Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate databases with high accuracy.
- Assist in the creation of job postings and manage job boards including the company website and LinkedIn
- Provide timely communication and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the team with ad-hoc projects and recruitment initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within recruitment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with recruitment software.
This is a six-month fixed term opportunity, looking for an immediate start. Due to the urgency of this position, we will not be able to consider candidates with lengthy notice periods.
