As Weber continues to expand across EMEA, we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as the Talent Acquisition Specialist focusing on EMEA and in particular, the UK, continental Europe and the Nordics. You will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts, leveraging your expertise in sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent. As part of the wider HR team, you will work collaboratively with HR colleagues across the region to ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding process for all candidates.

SME for attraction and sourcing, across the EMEA region, utilising innovative techniques to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
Develop and maintain a network of talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
Conduct proactive outreach and engagement with potential candidates to generate interest in opportunities within the organisation.
Track vacancies, providing regular repots on vacancy status, key metrics and analysis to stakeholders.
Manage recruitment within role budgets, ensuring cost-effective sourcing strategies are employed.
Participate in project work related to talent acquisition initiatives, contributing insights and expertise.
Update intranet and other communication channels with relevant recruitment information and resources.
Serve as a champion for recruitment best practices across the business, promoting culture of excellence in talent acquisition.
Keep accurate files and records of recruitment activities, ensuring compliance GDPR regulations and other legal requirements.


Fluent English is essential, additional European languages are ideal.
