Interim Talent Acquisition Partner Location: Kidlington, Oxfordshire - hybrid working 3 days spent in the office Salary: £20.00 per hour PAYE
Our rapidly expanding client have a requirement to bring on board two experienced Talent Acquisition Partnerson an interimbasis during a period of volume recruitment.
A well-respected employer within Oxfordshire, this business are seeking a Talent Acquisition professionalwho is comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels across a number of specialist positions. As the Talent Acquisition Partneryou will be responsible for:
- Running the full 360 recruitment process for a volume of technically focused positions- Attending stakeholder vacancy briefings, managing stakeholder expectations throughout the process- Screening and vetting candidates, shortlisting and making recommendations to hiring managers- Running marketing campaigns to ensure vacancies are advertised appropriately via the relevant channels- Reducing agency spend via direct sourcing methods
