We are looking for a full time **Administrator **to join our team starting immediately.

Electrogenic is an innovative tech company based in Oxford who specialise in the conversion of classic cars to electric.

The position is Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.

We are looking for someone who is dynamic, organised, reliable and methodical. Whilst also having acute written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Computer skills, adaptability and social competence are a must. A valid driver’s licence is also preferable to assist when delivering cars to shows, but not a necessity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing the ordering and stocking of EV components.
- Controlling and organising storerooms and deliveries.
- Updating and managing the part-system.
- Answering the phones and updating the CRM software with enquiries.
- Maintaining communication with customers.
- Liaising with the accounts department to reconcile bank accounts.
- Ensuring all vehicles are on the company insurance.
- Completing check-in and checkout forms for vehicles entering/leaving the premises.
- Keeping updated records on employee details.
- Managing building upkeep and organising maintenance.
- Diary management

**Salary**: £22,842.00-£23,786.00 per year
