Who are you?
You are professionally qualified in Children's social care, have a strong knowledge of children's social work practice and an ordered logical mind to create the processes within our ECLIPSE Case Management (ECM) Product. Having an interest in systems and howthose systems help others would be of benefit for this role. You will be a process driven individual and can influence others to follow process and best practice.
Job Overview
As a practice lead, you will have complete ownership for the configuration, called a Model Office, ECM Product. ECM is configured for the market using several tools which you will need to use to set up the configuration. This position requires a strong knowledgeof children's social work practice and an ordered logical mind to create the processes within ECM.
Whilst this is a leadership position you will have no direct reports and many of the people do not work for the product team. You will have to lead by example and influence to ensure OLM provides the best experience for customers. You will need good influencingskills to do this.
You can be based in any of our Teddington/Glasgow/Newport offices, from home or a hybrid of both. This role will include some travel to customers locations across the UK and to OLM locations.
Job Function Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the ECM children's model office by working with OLM colleagues who will help do the set up within ECM. Ensure it is documented and up to date.
- Write relevant articles for customers promoting that OLM fully understands its customer base.
- Work with sales and marketing to provide collateral and direct and indirect input into the sales process helping with bids and presentations.
- Work with product managers to ensure that product features and functions result in good practice recording.
- Work with the reporting product manager to ensure the model office collects all the information necessary to enable the production of statutory returns and other key data.
- Work with the implementation consultants to guide good practice set up and ensure their Practice area is clearly and concisely represented on Eclipse.
Experience Required
- Professionally qualified in children's social care
- Handles conversations on practice within their practice area with confidence
- Excellent written and oral communication skills along with good presentation skills
- Experienced at building and maintaining relationships at all levels inside OLM and in customers
- Ability to map a process and break it down into logical steps
