Our client is a leading care provider with a stellar reputation in the industry, celebrated for winning the 2023 National Care Awards for Large Care Home Group. They are dedicated to delivering person-centred care and enhancing residents' well-being through independence and choice.

The Clinical Lead will:

Lead and mentor a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Work 40 hours per week, including some weekends when necessary.
Spend two days supernumerary from 9-5 and two days on the units with 12-hour shifts.
Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the care team.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Maintain strong relationships with residents and their families.
Uphold the care centre's high standards and values.
