**The Role and Department**:
We have an opportunity for a CYP School Practitioner to join the organisation on a (12-month fixed term) basis. Reporting to Nic Edwards the MHST Project manager

To be considered for the role

Work as an integral part of the Youth in mind team deliver services directly to members of the schools in Oldham and the community.

Provide support to schools within the boundaries of our service, and who sit outside of the MHST schools provision, identify any additional support sensitively help people to access other services as needed.

Work alongside school or education setting where education staff can access consultation, with the practitioner to explore YP situation and navigate the community mental health support system available.

Be responsible for managing a caseload of clients accessing the service.

Maintain professional boundaries.

Promote and support a Whole School Approach to mental health and wellbeing.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: £12,675.88 per year
