**How You'll Help Us Grow...**

We have ambitious plans to grow our world-class learner offer, building out the product portfolio and expanding the range of services we offer. You will lead our Operations and Delivery function, ensuring that our end-to-end learner experience remains best in class as we develop the range of services we offer.

**The Team and Guidance...**

The role reports into our Managing Director, Marketing Week Mini MBA and collaborates closely with the existing senior team and a range of stakeholders across the wider business and externally.

**What You Will be Doing...**

This role sits at the heart of everything we do, overseeing operations and ensuring that the delivery of our courses continues to delight our learners. You will lead our fantastic Operations and Delivery team as well as our partner relationships including overseeing enrolment management, digital operations as well as leading on resource planning and support.

You will actively drive continual service improvement working closely with internal stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers as we develop our exciting plans. Working with colleagues across the wider business you will play a key role in driving the development our product and platform approach.

**What We Look for in You...**
- Proven ability to develop operational plans and coordinate their execution.
- Experience of managing multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to process and present information in a structured format.
- Advanced level Microsoft Office Skills in particular MS Excel.
- Strong Project / Program Management experience with relevant qualification.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- A fantastic project manager, with a passion for bringing teams together to make amazing things happen.
- Super organised with a keen eye for detail.
- A natural collaborator who loves building relationships internally and externally.
