**About us**

**Elite Personnel are recruiting on behalf of their client who are expandng their operation due to growth**

Our client based on Birmingham Business Park near the NEC are expanding and are looking to recruit x 2 Finance Administration Clerks to join their Administration Team.

The Administration Clerk is responsible for promoting a smooth workflow, maintaining accurate documentation, and facilitating effective communication between team members.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist in maintaining and organising physical and digital files, ensuring proper documentation and record keeping
- Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other relevant records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and other documents as required
- Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including preparing documents and spreadsheets
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow across departments
- Investigating parking charges and speeding fines
- Previous office experience is essential
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

They are offering a salary of 22k with excellent benefits noting the hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm daily Monday to Friday with one hour lunch.
